As you know, today is the last day for Half Nekkid Thursday. Today is our 330th and final post. California Girl and I have thoroughly enjoyed participating as posters and as followers. We want to give our heartfelt thanks to Osbasso for organizing and running it for almost seven years. That is a monumental achievement. California Girl and I wondered how to best commemorate our final HNT. We thought about taking photographs in a variety of places; but nothing seemed worthy. Ultimately, we decided that the best tribute would be to highlight our HNT photos over the years. For the finale, we created a Flash movie of all of our primary HNT photos. The picture changes faster than normal so it’s not too long.

HNT – 319

We mentioned yesterday that we would probably be posting more videos now that we have a better editor. It’s really nice to be able to easily edit and transcode movies. Now that we’ve identified an editor, our biggest problem is the fact we can only make a 10-11 minute high definition movie or the resulting file is too big for the file system of the memory card. So we can’t capture as much of our sessions as we would like. Even after editing, the clips are HUGE and much too big to post; but it’s nice having them for our library.

We wanted to post a single move for today; unfortunately, the file was too large to post so we are splitting it up into three sections. Unlike some of our creations in the past, these clips all have good audio. We hope that the videos aren’t loading too slowly for you to enjoy.

Two For Tuesday – 271

It’s become something of a tradition (except when we forget) to post a Flash movie of all the pictures we used for the previous year’s Two For Tuesdays in our first Two For Tuesday post of the new year. We originally posted a Digital Photo Frame with all of the photographs from the year’s TFT posts for our last post in December; but decided it worked better if we did it in January. It takes a long time to compile our “Year In Review” post which we also post the first week of the year, so it’s nice to have something which doesn’t require any editing to balance things. So here is a Flash movie of all of the pictures we used in 2010 in our Two For Tuesday posts. We’ve started transitioning to the FLV format instead of Windows Media; but plan to continue using the SWF format for slide shows.

HNT – 276

As he always does the third week of December, Osbasso requested that this week’s HNT feature a Christmas tree. We’ve already posted a photograph of us in front of our Christmas tree; so we’re posting a Flash movie of us keeping warm in front of the fireplace next to the Christmas tree. We’re using Flash since the SWF format has worked well for us in the past and almost everyone can play it (unless they’re using an iPhone/iPad).

Two For Tuesday – 219

If you have been following us for awhile, you may remember that we posted a Digital Photo Frame with all of the photographs from the year’s TFT posts in December of 2007. We didn’t get around to it for 2008 until last July. We probably should have done this last week for the last Two For Tuesday of 2009; but, since California Girl’s Amazon Kindle is since such a cool gadget, we posted photographs of us with it instead. Here is a Flash movie of all of the pictures we used last year for Two For Tuesday. We usually post .WMVs; but SWF format worked well the first two times we did this. The file is smaller and (almost) everyone can play it.

2009 A Year In Review

January
Did a lot of tinkering with the number of posts on the front page to speed up page load times. Finally I wrote a plugin that shows all posts published in the last seven days on the home page.
Created and published our favorite HNT photo post of the year.

February
Got California Girl a nice skirt and blouse set for her birthday.

Neglected to mention that Married In Ohio celebrated its fourth anniversary.
Survived one of those good news, bad news situations where the “good news” was that the bad news wasn’t as bad as it could have been.

March
Went over 2,000,000 Visitors which is a lot for us.
Created and published one of our favorite Two For Tuesday photo posts of the year.

April
Created and published our favorite HNT video post of the year.
Updated our theme to support threaded comments.
Posted a true click through HNT.

May
Posted our version of Jack Dawson and Rose DeWitt Bukater on the Titanic.

Celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary by going to dinner at our favorite restaurant.

June
Reminisced about the days that we used to watch us having sex in the mirror.

Had some good pool weather for one of the few times this past summer.

July
Posted a video edition of our Independence Day Sex series.

The Girl passed her driver examination and got her driver’s license.
I weighed 164 pounds on the scale at the doctor’s office.

September
Repaired the car that The Girl drives after it dropped dead and smoke started coming form underneath the hood.
Visited a college with The Girl. Realized how close we are to becoming “empty nesters”.

October
Had a LOT of problems after upgrading our server to PHP 5.3. The upgrade also broke our OpenId sever too.
Started working on the project from hell at work. It’s still radioactive.

November
Added a visitor map to the blog that showed where their visitors were from. Check it out in the sidebar just below the local weather.
Took some fun photos of California Girl changing one of the spotlights in the kitchen

Posted one of my one of my favorite photographs of California Girl for the week of Thanksgiving’s HNT.

December
Published an illustrated post explaining our “bedcam”setup”.

Got a new HDTV to replace our old one which started smoking and had a burning electrical smell.
Created and published the fourth edition of our Christmas Vacation Sexseries.

HNT – 226

Osbasso requested that everyone pick go back through their own archives and choose their favorite HNT of 2009. We have a favorite photo HNT and a favorite video HNT so we’re going to post both of them.

Our favorite photo HNT was from HNT – 174. We thought that it was a really neat photograph for the cold winter day in the middle of a snowstorm. Like almost all of our favorites, it’s risqué and NSFW but not explicit.

Our favorite video HNT was from HNT – 190. We liked the “hidden camera” point of view that resulted positioning the camera near the ceiling looking down on the bed. (The video is about 10 minutes long so please be patient if you decide to watch it.)

And, because we like to, here is some fresh half nekkidness. You can see the rug burn on my knee in the first photograph. But, as you can see in the second photograph, that didn’t stop us.

Christmas Vacation Sex 4

As we mentioned in a previous post, California Girl and I made the 2009 edition of our Christmas Vacation Sex series. It is a long standing tradition of ours that we began in 2002 and have been doing every year since then. Some of this year’s photographs have a matrix-like effect since we did not use a flash and the only light was coming from the scones above the fireplace. You can see both the fire in the fireplace and the twinkling lights of the Christmas tree.

We’ve got rug burns in various places so it’s not something that we would do all of the time; but it was nice being near the fire with the Christmas tree in the background. We didn’t make a move this year since we knew it wouldn’t come out because of the lighting; but we think the background is a lot more interesting. And, in another change from previous years, we only used the infrared remote. This is a tradition that we hope to continue for a long, long time.

Go Bucks

We wear our OSU jerseys in HNT photos from time to time and made a “Go Bucks” video a few years ago; but, for some reason, we have never created a Go Bucks photo page. We had planned to make one earlier in the week; but California Girl was sick with the flu. She’s almost fully recovered and today was a clear day with sun streaming through the windows so we decided to open the blinds, and enjoy the late summer sunshine with some very energetic sex on the floor. We got a few rug burns; but it was a great way to inaugurate the college football season. You can see all of the photos here.

HNT – 206

We didn’t notice it at the time but California Girl got a little bit sunburned on Sunday. It’s doesn’t hurt; but you can see where the ties to her bikini top were. (In fact, if you look closely in the top picture, you can faintly see where the bow was.) And, even though she’s not wearing it in either photograph, it’s easy to see where her bikini bottom was. Which, of course, made the target easier to find.
