Even when we are busy and life is hectic, we always try to make time for our photo session. And, as we’ve mentioned previously, we don’t let California Girl’s period stop us. We just put down some towels to protect the bed. This week was one of those occasions. Here is a photograph of California Girl preparing the bed. Two of the towels we are using are from olden times.

And here is a photograph of us taken just after we first got into bed. It’s the favorite photo we have taken in a while. And, as is the case for most of our favorites, it’s NSFW but not NC-17.

After some research, we found a set of his and hers watches that we both really, really liked. They were a bit more expensive than we had planned but, even though it’s kind of sappy, we’ve always had matching watches. The local dealer did not have the men’s model in stock but the ladies model was available. Since she really needed a new watch we decided to take a chance and purchase women’s model and have them order the matching men’s version. Hopefully the order will not be canceled and leave us stuck with half of a matched set.

California Girl is not as fond of shiny new toys as I am; but she thought it would be fun to show it off. So here are a couple of pictures of her wearing her new time piece. I think she looks great with or without her new wristwatch. I especially like her tan lines. You can really see how miss matched my old watch is to her new one in we are in the second picture. We’re posting more than one photograph since we had more time for our photo session than last week. We still did nothave as much time as we would like since we haveovernight houseguests and did not want to vanish into the bedroom forever. Normally we eat a very late dinner on Tuesdays during the summer when the kids are not in school and I am the only one who has to get up in the morning.
