Empty Nest Thursday – 3

Wednesday was one of those days. I woke up without any energy and stayed that way the entire day. I’m usually “OK” when I’m tired; but, not this time. My headgear for boxing fell out of my gear bag which, in addition to the nuisance of replacing it, is like losing $70. I looked everywhere only to discover it was right next to where I keep my bag. I seldom misplace something in plain sight and then overlook it while looking all around; but it was that type of a day. So, I was glad to get back in bed and forget about life for a while. California Girl definitely perked me up. And, as always, here are the results of my energy infusion.

Two For Tuesday – 323

Today was a long day at the office, not because I had to work late; but because I had to work at all. After being on vacation for so long, the office seemed like a foreign country where I did not speak the language. The only thing that kept me going was knowing that it’s a short week, and thinking about our weekly photo session. Tonight was a double fluffing encounter which is to say that we took turns getting each other warmed up. We didn’t “need” it; but the extra attention was still nice, especially after the shock of returning to work. Anyway, we did a pretty good job of relaxing as we got into our evening.

As you know, today is the last day for Half Nekkid Thursday. Today is our 330th and final post. California Girl and I have thoroughly enjoyed participating as posters and as followers. We want to give our heartfelt thanks to Osbasso for organizing and running it for almost seven years. That is a monumental achievement. California Girl and I wondered how to best commemorate our final HNT. We thought about taking photographs in a variety of places; but nothing seemed worthy. Ultimately, we decided that the best tribute would be to highlight our HNT photos over the years. For the finale, we created a Flash movie of all of our primary HNT photos. The picture changes faster than normal so it’s not too long.

Since we highlighted the Heart Massager in our last Two For Tuesday post, we decided to feature the other goodie that we received from Pure Romance in today’s post. The second product was some air-activated arousal cream for women called Ex-T-Cee. We’re not exactly sure how it works; but we like it a lot. In the first photo, I am applying some Ex-T-Cee cream to California Girl’s naughty bits. And in the second photograph, I am going down on California Girl (and eating some Ex-T-Cee in the process). It really does taste like sugar cookies. We’ve used it three out of the last four days. We don’t think that the tube is going to last us very long.

We are publishing this post a bit later than usual because California Girl and I were busy watching the U.S. National Team’s play in the Gold Cup semifinal. Unlike most other tournaments where they are the hunters, they are the hunted since they are the best team in the region. They won and will be playing in the finals on Saturday. And, we had a fun photo session before the game so it was a good evening.

It’s late for a Two for Tuesday post; but I ended up “sleeping with the television on” after we ate our pizza on Tuesday night. And, when I woke up, I decided to go to sleep for the night rather than write a post. Because I work out (box) on Tuesday night, our photo session is usually late in the evening so it is often almost midnight before we can start creating our TFT post and preparing the accompanying photographs. Here is the beginning of our picture session. We’ve had a lot of blow job photos recently (even for us) so our roles are reversed.

This year, we owe about half as much in federal income tax as we paid last year so we are not quite losing our shirts. There will be many lean days in the weeks and months to come; but it won’t be as bad as last year. We don’t have to pay for an extra couple of days because of the extension to the 18th; but it doesn’t help any since the delay isn’t long enough for us to receive another paycheck. So here is a picture of California Girl wearing an old, threadbare shirt that is as worn out as we are financially. We still haven’t been able to bring ourselves to actually write the check.

It may be hard to tell; but California Girl is wearing her glasses in the photograph. Last year we also posted about the blow job that helped us forget about tax day, so this year we are doing things the other way around.

Frequent visitors probably guessed that we would be showing what was behind the balloons in yesterday’s post. But, in this case, we’re referring to what California Girl was wearing rather than what we were doing. See-thru lingerie is fun; especailly since California Girl hasn’t “worn” this negligee very much. We’re also posting another angle since you can’t see very both of us in the first photo and we’re trying to both be in (approximately) the same number of photographs. We had great fun celebrating our self-hosted blogaversary.

~~Tomorrow~~ today (Wednesday) is an anniversary of sorts since it was six years ago that we relocated Married in Ohio from Blogger to its own domain. WordPress, the software that we use, was still a relative newcomer to blogging and Twitter had not been invented yet. We think that it’s appropriate to pay homage to our roots and publish a “birthday” post. So, here is photo of us celebrating the anniversary of the migration from Blogger to our own site.

P.S. We upgraded to WordPress 3.1.1 Tuesday. It’s a minor update and shouldn’t be noticeable; but, after March’s disappearing videos, we want to mention any changes, even if they are small.
