It was warm and sunny when I got home from work on Tuesday, so California Girl and I decided to go for a hike after we ran a few errands. After walking for awhile, we came across a large rock that seemed like a nice place to stop and take a break. The pictures show what happened next.

I came home “early” from work on Tuesday which means I actually left at the “normal” time. It seemed weird driving in evening rush hour traffic after so many day of not leaving until much later. California Girl still had some work to finish up so I went upstairs to shave and freshen up. I shave every day; but I take particular care to get rid of my afternoon shadow before our photo session on Tuesdays. Like most women, California Girl likes her man freshly shaven; especially when evening festivities are planned. Here are a couple of photos highlighting the effects of a clean shave. Because it was so early in the evening, we were very animated.

Chickie commented on last week’s HNT post that she’d “laugh too hard for sex if Sweety plopped one of those on his head.” So, we thought it would be fun to put on one of our other hats and make a collage. It’s not as big and floppy as our leprechaun hat so it doesn’t get in the way as much; but it’s still in interesting experience. More often than not, we’re naked sex people; especially around the house. We’re looking forward to the time when we can back get outside. We really like some of the photographs we took last spring. Our bandwidth utilization seems to have returned to normal so we’re posting another part of the video that we made last week. And since we have a photo session every week, we’re also posting a picture from this week’s session as well. The only think different about the picture is that it’s new. That doesn’t matter much to you guys; but it’s a big deal to us. We don’t want for there ever to be anytime when we’re don’t have “fresh” pictures because we haven’t had any sex recently. So, the picture may be “boring”; but it was quite interesting an hour or so ago when we were “posing” for it. As we do every year, California Girl and I had some fun while wearing our Mardi Gras beads. They get in the way and make a lot of noise; but that’s part of their charm. If beads could talk, they would have plenty of interesting stories to tell. We didn’t go out and celebrate Fat Tuesday as in years past; but we still made certain to observe the holiday in our traditional way (i.e. sex). California Girl is on her period so we didn’t use many accessories during our photo session this week besides the venerable towels. The Girl’s schedule is still making for some very late Tuesday nights. Plus, winter is back after a few days of unseasonably warm temperatures. So, we don’t have as much time or alternatives as we usually do. Still, we thought that it might be interesting to show that period sex does happen and that it’s just as much fun. January
HNT was suspended for a week.
I finished a major milestone on a project I was doing at work so I came home early and made a movie to celebrate. It’s funny how sex helps us celebrate our victories and drown our sorrows.
February
Celebrated the two year anniversary of Married In Ohio.
The Boy’s wrestling team won the league championship. The Girl scored a hat trick (three goals) in soccer for the first time in years. California Girl and I really enjoy kids that are good athletes and good students.
March
Got a new car. Discovered it was good for other things besides transportation.
Posted our first and only book review.
April
Watched one of the darkest days unfold on a college campus in recent memory.
Got out and about (for sex) for the first time in the new vehicle.
May
Had some fun both inside and outside of the car.
June
More sex in the great outdoors.
Married In Ohio was offline for four days while we were on vacation and enjoying life in the 3-D world.
Went over 1,000,000 visitors.
July
California Girl started completely shaving her pubic hair.
We were able to get in the pool and relax over the long Fourth of July Weekend.
August
It really started to sink in how The Boy’s final year in high school is a series of highs and lows.

Watched The Boy win some iron in cross country as well as run his final cross country race.

Didn’t have sex under the Christmas tree this year but had a wonderful substitute.
Made a digital photo frame (Flash slide show) of many of the year’s Two for Tuesday photographs.
We got my mom a digital photo frame for Christmas and loaded it up with photographs of the kids through the years. It took quite a while to pick out all of the photographs but she really liked the finished product and so did we. In fact, I saved all of the selections so that I can make a DVD later.
I thought that it might be cool to do the same thing here since there’s not going to be a Two for Tuesday this week. So, I made a Flash movie of the pictures we have used for TFT throughout the year. I usually create .WMVs; but SWF seemed to be a better format for a slide show. Please let me know what you think. This is my first attempt at a flash movie.

Update: Since the movie is a .SWF, I embedded a Flash-based video player to make it easier or users to control. It saves band with too. Let me know what you think of it. I’m considering using the player on “regular” videos if it doesn’t have any glitches.
There are three types of days at the office. Short days where you sit around at the office (like a stuffed animal) and don’t do much of any thing; regular days where you work your normal hours and go home at a reasonable time, and long days where you wonder if you’re ever going to go home. I haven’t had any stuffed animal days in a long time; but I’ve had a lot of very long days recently. It seems like I’m always working. So, we decided to make the theme for today “still working”. I wish I really could work like this.

California Girl and I had nothing to do this past Sunday so we decided stay inside and enjoy the sound rain. An early spring or late fall rain is very comforting so long as we don’t have to be outside. We showed a couple of the photographs we took yesterday. I’ve never had a lot of hair; but there are some good pictures of my new smoother look, especially when I am gong down on California Girl. I think California Girl is going to keep her new hairdo for a while too. You can find the rest of the pictures here.
