We mentioned last Tuesday that California Girl and I once again have matching wristwatches. They are “fancy”, at least for us, as watches go. Even though we only got them recently, we actually consider them anniversary gifts. Of all of the his and hers sets we have had we like them the best. They remind us of each other and our marriage and of how big a milestone 20 years is.
Our plan for today was to take a few photographs of us both together in a non-sexual pose. We enjoy our NSFW posts; but our favorites are usually “tamer”. We also decided to post a candid photograph I took of California Girl waiting for me to set up the camera. As is usually the case for us, un-posed pictures usually turn out the best.
Here is the photograph that we planned on taking. You can see the new watches as well as California Girl’s rings. Hopefully it conveys the sense of togetherness that we feel.
Here is a photograph of how our session ended. Most All of our photo sessions end this way which his one of the reason we have them. 
California Girl has quite a tan line.
Update: For once it was warm and sunny (and we didn’t have too much to do) so we finally got outside for our HNT photos!

I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that California Girl’s watch battery died and the replacement needed to be special ordered from Seiko. We decided to look for new witches instead which is a good thing because, even though the hands have stopped moving, the date still advances. So, it’s working perfectly if you only need to know the date and not the time.
After some research, we found a set of his and hers watches that we both really, really liked. They were a bit more expensive than we had planned but, even though it’s kind of sappy, we’ve always had matching watches. The local dealer did not have the men’s model in stock but the ladies model was available. Since she really needed a new watch we decided to take a chance and purchase women’s model and have them order the matching men’s version. Hopefully the order will not be canceled and leave us stuck with half of a matched set.
California Girl is not as fond of shiny new toys as I am; but she thought it would be fun to show it off. So here are a couple of pictures of her wearing her new time piece. I think she looks great with or without her new wristwatch. I especially like her tan lines. You can really see how miss matched my old watch is to her new one in we are in the second picture. Even so, I think we make a great pair. We hope you like California Girl and her new jewelry. Click ‘em to big ‘em.

Our server was “unhappy” on Tuesday Night (Wednesday morning) so we’re only posting one picture. Usually it’s got a good attitude so far as computers go; but every once in a while, it doesn’t like an update and makes me spend time that I would rather be doing something else figuring out why. In this case, the something was editing our pictures from our photo session. Since I only prepared one photograph for today the theme is “what I would rather be doing”. It’s easy to figure out why.
For something much more entertaining than working on finicky computers, talk to your significant other.

As we mentioned previously, California Girl and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary this month. To commemorate the occasion, I gave her 2 dozen long-stemmed roses. Since they were so pretty, we decided to feature them in our HNT post this week. The result were some artistic (at least for us) photographs that we both liked. Even though we’re both nekkid, our postis PG13 much in the style of some of our early HNT posts.

I was doing the homeowner thing when I got home on Tuesday, so California Girl and I did not have our photo session until very late in the evening. (With all of the rainy weather that we have been having recently that lawn has really been growing. Plus, when it hasn’t actually been raining, the grass has been too wet to cut.) We always try to have our photo session; but I don’t always get time to edit and post the results. Mowing the grass and dong other things around the house isn’t my favorite thing to do; but it’s something that needs to be done. Anyway, as we mentioned in our previous post, we got a new flat screen LCD monitor. So, I thought it would be nice to post a BIG picture of California Girl. It’s not two (or more) photographs like we usually post; but think of it as double size. Click toreally enlarge.

Even though we were not doing very much anything in the world of blogging last week, we did have our regular Tuesday photo session. Not necessarily to post; but because it’s something that we like doing for ourselves. Now that we have discontinued our hiatus, I thought I would post a favorite picture from last week just as a way of saying that we are back. I spoke too soon. I thought that California Girl and I would be able to continue the outdoor photo sessions that we started last week. Unfortunately, I did not take The Girl’s soccer schedule into account. She’s had practice or a game every day this week (including Tuesday). It’s been too dark to do much of anything by the time that we get home so we’re back in the bedroom.Here are a couple of our favorites from this evening.
I never tire of California Girl on the bed waiting for me. I especially like her shaved pubic hair. Does anyone go natural (as opposed to trimmed or completely shaved)?
I just like this picture. I’m thinking of using it as a Gravatar. You can tell what we are doing but you really can’t see anything.
We had to pay a lot in taxes. I hope your day was better than ours.

It’s 34°F with a wind chill of 27°F so we are still inside. It was “warm” on Monday; but it didn’t last very long. So, unfortunately, we’re still inside. I did not know that a return to the cold weather was forecast so I was already scouting for good outdoor locations. Needless to say, I was disappointed when I went running this afternoon and realized how cold it was. It doesn’t seem like the winter will ever end.
For today, we are just posting a single picture, a bodyscape of California Girl. We usually post at least two photographs, that is the point of Two For Tuesday; but, even though I like being in the picture, sometimes I distract from California Girl’s beautiful form.

California Girl and I have been wondering if we should change the name of this series since, for the past month or so, we’ve been taking having our weekly photo session on Monday rather than Tuesday. We’ve been doing it for over two years now and it’s become something of a tradition for us. The main reason that we like it is that we take new pictures every week. We always make a point of stopping whatever else we are doing and taking some time for ourselves. It’s easy to get caught up in life, especially when you are as busy as we are, so the structure of a scheduled photo session makes it easier for us to take a break and forget about life for awhile. Anyway, our theme for today is “two for Monday”. Click ‘em to big ‘em.
So, do you think we should change the name of the series and start posting on Monday night?

Today is the three year anniversary of Married in Ohio so our theme for today is “three for Tuesday”. It’s not as big as our wedding anniversary (obviously); but we’re happy to still be blogging.
