Random Wednesday #8
Miscellaneous musings from the mind of Midwestern City Boy (and sometimes California Girl).
- We got The Boy a Blu-Ray DVD player for his birthday. The prices have come way down since we last looked at them. I’m not sure that they are a big enough improvement over standard definition DVD players for us to replace ours; but it’s a good gift for him since he didn’t already have one.
- After an entire month, California Girl’s watch is finally back from the jeweler. We’re a matched set once again. Look for it in an upcoming photo post.
- The summer is already half over. The Girl isn’t doing much to get ready for college yet so I’m sure that August will be super busy with preparations for her freshman year.
- It’s almost July and I still haven’t quite got used to writing “2010″. Sometimes I still leave out the last zero.
Summer being half over is depressing. Perhaps I should relocate to warmer climate.
Viemoira: We have less summer than most people; since we only consider it summer when both of our kids are out of school.
