After we see how things go with the BowFlex, we may look to add some other things. We'll keep the resistance bands in mind. I read a review about them recently somewhere online. We know home gyms aren't a substitute for a well equipped weight room; but, we aren't training for body building completion. We just want to keep in shape. And, of course it's hard to have "fun" without getting arrested at a public gym with so many people around. Unfortunately, they don't hold a char as well when they get older.
