HNT – 218
The battery in our camera ran down so we have somewhat of a rerun for today’s HNT post. I keep a spare in the bag; but it had run down as well. As a result, we aren’t fully nekkid in any of this week’s photographs since we hadn’t progressed to that point before we stopped taking photographs. As always, we had some full nekkid fun even if it wasn’t captured on film.
BTW: I’m considering getting a Crossbow home gym (a Bowflex clone); so we may have an interesting accessory for photographs this winter.
For a great time off camera, talk to your significant other. To find out what Half Nekkid Thursday is all about visit Osbasso.

Batteries are such a pain. Half-waythrough a photo-shoot last week the battery ran out on my new camera. We spent a good half-hour looking for the charger before I remembered it didn’t have one. It uses standard AA batteries, of which I had plenty. Doh!
Alfie: I actually prefer disposable alkaline or lithium batteries since we usually have plenty for our other electronic devices; but, since we use the same cameras for everything (including taking photographs at every one of our kids sporting events) we were going through a lot of batteries; so rechargeables are better for us. Unfortunately, they don’t hold a char as well when they get older.
What an adorable idea to have the same outfits on. I like, I like.
Nice angles btw!
Rage: It’s kinda sappy; but we have a fair number of matching or coordinating outfits. We don’t dress identically when we’re wearing regular clothes; but we often have complementary costumes and matching sprit wear.
Think we could get LeBron and Shaq to model their uniforms like that? Yum!
Mountain Girl: Shaq is one of the biggest human begins I have ever seen. His superman tattoo is bigger than my whole arm. I imagine other things are “proportional” as well.
Doesn’t look as if your battery was running down
Happy HNT
Lapis Ruber: I take special precautions (i.e. I don’t drink alcohol excessively) just to make sure that my battery never runs down.
I think the pictures are wonderful! We have a bowdlex and love it, though we should definitely use it more consistently!
Viemoira: I don’t think that we will use the bowflex as often as we should since we both prefer going to the gym. But it will be great on dreary winter days that we don’t feel like going out.
Love it! Just enough showing to be yummy!

Ruf has a gym bench but he also invested in one of those ‘gyms in a bag’ which consists of a set of different sized handles that are attached to varying thicknesses/strengths of bungee-type cord and then secured to the door frame or, for more reliable resistance, to some cleats that he has fitted to the wall. These have opened up a whole new world of exercise and, of course, extra curricular possibilities.
HavingMyCake: I have a membership at the gym where I take boxing lessons, and there is a pay-as-you go gym nearby where California Girl and I go when it’s too cold to run outside; but, I think it would be good to have something at home for both the physical fitness and extra circular purposes. After we see how things go with the BowFlex, we may look to add some other things. We’ll keep the resistance bands in mind. I read a review about them recently somewhere online. We know home gyms aren’t a substitute for a well equipped weight room; but, we aren’t training for body building completion. We just want to keep in shape. And, of course it’s hard to have “fun” without getting arrested at a public gym with so many people around.
