Comment Notifications
After being gently prodded by Rage, I enabled comment reply notifications. If you want to be emailed when California Girl or I reply to your comment check the “Notify me of follow-up comments via e-mail” box at the bottom of the comment form. The box is unchecked by default; you have to opt in to be notified. Try it out of your interested.
Also, I finally updated the OpenID plugin that I have been using to be fully compatible with WordPress 2.8. The OpenID logo once more appears next to the URL box on the comment form. Click the orange exclamation point on the form to learn more. The instructions are a bit confusing; but, if you use your OpenID URL, you don’t have to enter a name or email address.
We’ll be publishing our Two For Tuesday post soon, so I’m not including a picture of California Girl with this one.

Yay! Thanks so much and it helps so much when I know that you or CG have commented/replied to something we have said. Thanks for the shout out too btw.
Rage: I can see the usefulness since I NEVER blog from work so posts/comments happen at strange hours. (I wouldn’t do anything from work even we didn’t have any NSFW content.) I wish we did blog earlier in the evenings; but we’re usually busy with kid stuff.
Blogs get blocked at work so I don’t reply at them either but I won’t have to worry about that anymore. Muahaha!
Rage: Where I work, they keep a record of every web page all employee accesses. Plus they block all blogs, even technical blogs. And, there is a whole list of categories that are not allowed. It’s very frustratingly to research an issue since we often get an “access to this site is blocked” page when you click on search results. Everything takes longer than it should because you have to wait until you get home to look something up and fix work on it the next day. They say that they’ll make an exception to the rules if you request it; but how do you know if you need it or not if you can’t see it?
