I did a quick WordPress security upgrade earlier this evening. Apparently, there were still some lingering privilege escalation issues. Afterwards, I needed to flush the server cache and didn’t so there were a few hiccups until I realized it. As upgrades go, it was relatively smooth.
After the last upgrade, page load speeds seems faster to us. How does it seem to you guys? In conjunction with the downtime, I also made a few tweaks to the configuration. The settings I changed shouldn’t affect speed one way or the other; but should make the site more stable. I know I shouldn’t be modifying configuration settings at the same time I’m performing an upgrade; but, I didn’t think it was much of a risk, particularly since several of the changes were related to the upgrade.
It appears that the family of swallows that live in the eaves of our home have moved out. I’ll watch the entryway carefully for the next few days, and, if I don’t see any activity, I’ll take down the nest. I don’t want to wait too long in case there’s something dead in it. I already have enough fun fishing bloated dead things out of the pool.
Here’s a picture of California Girl’s sexy back. It’s a week old; but she’s already gone to bed so I’ll have to wait until Tuesday to make something fresh.

i think it is faster. Ya know i could easily pin up this nice pic of California Girl’s shapely but firm ass in front of my treadmill as an incentive to run lol… i just know i can have an ass that is firm like that if i keep working! Speaking of which…i’m off to run my 30 mins.
Viemoira: She has a MUCH better diet than me so she “only” runs three times a week. (I need to work out six days a week just to stay even.) We try and run outside as much as possible it’s more interesting that way. BTW: we generally run by distance rather than by time since it’s harder to cheat if we’re feeling droopy and aren’t running as fast as usual.
