HNT – 142
As we mentioned previously, California Girl and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary this month. To commemorate the occasion, I gave her 2 dozen long-stemmed roses. Since they were so pretty, we decided to feature them in our HNT post this week. The result were some artistic (at least for us) photographs that we both liked. Even though we’re both nekkid, our postis PG13 much in the style of some of our early HNT posts.

Evening: Thank you. I know that you have been together for longer than hat; but California and I still consider 20 years to be quite a milestone. California Girl really absolutely loved the flowers. HHNT.
Osbasso: Thank you. We didn’t realize that HNT started about the same time as our anniversary until recently. Perhaps we’ll do something for both anniversaries at the same post next year.
Mariposa: It doesn’t seem like that long. We’ve had our ups and downs; but it’s been GREAT 20 years. The flowers look even better now that they have bloomed a bit more. California Girl keeps them on her desk.
Amorous Rocker: Thank you. We’ve had a great time since that December day long ago when U proposed. It was over 22 years ago but I remember it like it was yesterday. Happy HNT!
Ms SD: Thanks you. The flowers were a perfect complement to California Girl’s beauty. I usually give more permanent gifts for special occasions; but roses really seemed to fit the moment this year. Happy HNT to you.
Greg & Sheryl: Thank you. We always planned to stay together forever. It’s nice to know that we’ve made it to 20 and are still going strong.
Helga Hansen: Thanks. We really liked all of the photographs that we have posted this week and think that they really fit the occasion.
Corporate Slut: Thanks. We don’t feel old enough to have been together this long. This past weekend was wonderful. About the only thing I would have done differently was getting California Girl a stuffed animal just as I did in olden times.
SeaRabbit: Thank you. Thank you. Twenty years is a big milestone. We didn’t realize how significant until we noticed that most of our friends have been married for ten years or less. HHNT to you.
Mountain Girl: Taking a picture with the flowers was California Girls idea. I’m lucky that she’s so smart and so photogenic. She looked even better in person on our date. And I got to look and touch.
Tara Tainton: Thank you. California Girl was happy and it really showed in the picture. Sometimes, it’s good to just sit back and enjoy your accomplishments. I do like being in the picture too even though I think I detract from the ones with just California Girl in them.
Mountain Girl: I’m glad that you noticed. Blogging is a fun hobby and like to tinker with the blog when I have a free moment and make a lot of small changes. We decided it would be fun to use something other than the default icon for people who don’t have gravatars and we both liked wavatars better than identicons or monsterids.
Maude: Thank you. One of these days, I’ll check and see how popular the “feet” label is. It’s not one of our original classifications; but we have had several photo posts this year where feet were prominent. I don’t know of anyone else with the same or similar tag; but I’m sure someone else does it too. Even if it’s an “original” idea for us. Someone else is probably thinking the same thing
Chickie: But you can’t see any “coochie”; so we’re probably almost SFW. I’ve never understood why bare nipples are such a big deal anyway since you can see them through a lot of tops, especially in the summer. If we were modest, we would have arranged the flowers a bit better.

A thousand congratulations. It’s so heartening to hear of marriages that have stood the test of time.
Kate: Thank you! 20 years is a BIG deal to us since so many people (including both of our parents) said it wouldn’t last because of the mixed race thing. We’ve had “problems” from time to time but not about that.
Alfie: Thank you. Thank you. I’m not sure that we’ve stood the test of time so much as pretended that nothing has changed over the years. Still, we are very glad to be together after all of these years.
