Hell Week
I know it’s going to happen from time to time but The Boy and The Girl both have activities every day this week except when they are double or triple-booked. I’m sure that we will mange somehow; but, right now, California Girl and I are still trying to figure out how we’re going to get them to everywhere they have to be.
One thing that made me feel good was that today at diner, The Girl thanked us for making arrangements to take her to all of her MANY activities; starting with a soccer tournament that took up most of this past weekend. I don’t usually get frazzled; but I will be glad when things slow down a bit. Sometimes, I wonder how people with more than two children mange.
Happily, we have begun the “summer schedule”. Sex in the morning doesn’t make up for a hectic weekend; but it really gets the day started off right.
The only thing better would be if we could take the entire day off and never get out of bed. I never tire of eating the “breakfast of champions”.
P.S. Tomorrow’s Two For Tuesday post may be later than usual. I’m not sure when California Girl and I will be in the same location long enough to get (semi) nekkid.

Hope you have caught your breath after a crazy weekend.
It was very sweet of your daughter to express her appreciation to you and cali g.
have a great day….YEAH, summer is here for us too, as far as schedules, now if we can get the weather to cooperate.
Sounds like your girl was raised right. You must be proud.
Kitty: This week had been even busier than the weekend. It’s only Wednesday and I’ve already had to get some more gas. With gas being so pricy, these are some expensive activities.
Most of the time, The Girl is a typical 14-yer old; but sometimes she says/does some very mature things.
We LOVE the summer and not just the sex in the morning part. But that is a nice benefit. I can’t wait until things slow down and we can stop and smell the roses. Taking a break is nice; but sometimes, it’s good to be so relaxed that you don’t need to take a break.
The Poob Groomer: Even now, The Girl and The Boy still do things that melt our hearts. Its great when your kids appreciate things that you do for them.
That was really sweet of you daughter to think to thank you! It always makes me feel good when the kids recognize something that could be taken for granted.
Chickie: It’s especially gratifying given that The Girl is under a lot of stress too. (Among other things, soccer club tryouts were this week.) She made the team that she wanted so she’s feeling pretty good about herself.
