A Request
For reasons that did not get finalized until late today, California Girl and I will be unable to hold our Tuesday photo session until after dark. We’d still like to do something outside, so we’re soliciting things to do and places to go outside were we could take some “risqué” photographs and not get arrested. Keep in mind that we live in an urban area so we have to be mindful of the flash and the unwelcome attention it brings if we are in a well traveled area. We consider ourselves adventurous but not foolhardy. Anyway, your ideas are appreciated. If anything comes to mind, just leave us a comment. We’ll select the best one and bring it to life in our photo shoot.

Dear MCB – Your blog is a joy. Some suggestions for you: a parking garage, behind a store, the park after dark (perhaps on a picnic table), a soccer field, a baseball diamond, on top of your car parked somewhere, your swimming pool, an office parking lot…
If you are worried about the flash perhaps you can set your camera for a long exposure.
Can’t wait to see what you two come up with!
Wish I could be helpful about a place. But I’m at a loss, and as much as I get around you’d think I’d know of something. (AND I meant get around as in participate in community activities.) Was up at a baseball field that was new to me on Sat. My little guy got 2 runs.
Golf Course
Public Restroom
Drive thru (normally well lit so you don’t need a flash, but you have to be sneaky)
Okay now I know you guys are adverturesome and all so maybe this will be playing it too safe for you but if the kids aren’t home what about a great photo shoot of the two of you at your very own pool. Our pool is just about our favorite place so I am thinking you should be able to handle the lighting with what you have and come up with something spectacular!!! Just my thoughts. As always wishing you both only the very best. I hear you have been having 85 degrees in parts of Ohio (cincinnati) so i am not sure if you are close or not but hopefully the weather will cooperate for you as well.
I second the gold course and also nominate a jungle gym.
Someone beat me too it! I agree with the park on a pinic table, and the pool sounds hot also! Be careful and have fun! Looking foward to the pictures.
I think outside nekkid pool pics would be sexy
At 53+48 things do slow way down. Add numerous medical problems and side effcts from medications etc. May you enjoy each other always. A prgnant CG that would be hot!!!
Mahogany: Thank you. We are always glad to hear from people who enjoy it. You have a lot of good ideas for locations! We will do the pool someday, for sure, but the kids are ALWAYS home it seems. Hopefully that will change soon with summer vacation just around the corner.
We wouldn’t be worried about the flash at all except that most parks around her close at dark and the flash would probably invite a policeman or park ranger to come and tell us it’s time to go home. We want to be able to relax (that means finish) rather than take a few pictures and leave.
Rosie: It’s harder than we thought to find a suitable location. A few quick photographs would be easy; but we want to be able to relax and stay awhile. Congratulations on your little guy. It is that time of the year now. We’re always looking for an unused ball field which is almost impossible to find right now.
Ken Wilson: A golf course is a maybe. We’re not fond of public restrooms since they so often are dirty. Maybe we’ve got a phobia about them. I know of several that would be good except for the fact that homeless people “live” there. We’ll don’t eat a lot of takeout but start scouting drive thrus.
Interested Reader: The poll is a definite. The kids have just always been home. And it has to be later in the evening because we’ve got new neighbors in the hose in back of us who have come out and watched what we are doing the first two times we got into the pool this year. They’re an older couple that’s not nosy as much as thinking about getting in a pool themselves and are curious about ours. The weather really went downhill after a great Monday. First it rained and now it’s only warmed up to the 50s. Yuk.
The Poob Groomer: If we do a golf course it will probably be during the day on a burning hot day in July. I know I’ve played then and haven’t seen a soul. There’s a “park” in our neighbor hood but it doesn’t have a jungle gym, just grass/weeds. We’ll look around. We wouldn’t mind being caught by adults (as long as they didn’t call the police) but we don’t want kids anywhere around.
Sue: The picnic table is a good idea and will happen sooner or later. There are also got a couple of park benches that we a rethinking about. And the pool is most certainly on the to-do list. We do want to be careful; but not so preoccupied with being careful that we don’t have any fun.
Michelle: We think so too. We’ve has sex in the pool before (which is harder than it seems). The kids’ schedules and the weather just have to cooperate.
Carolina Jim & Wife: We want to do everything that we can before we start slowing down. We’re not complete hedonists; but that fact that we won’t always be able to do what we want to is one of the reasons why we do what we do now. We’re know we act younger than we are but we’d rather act too young than too old.
Ever try it in an elevator, on the roof of a building, or maybe in the try-on room/lounge of a dept. store…Maybe the mile-high club or someplace at the airport?
Getting in late to suggestions, but just couldn’t resist throwing in a few of my fav. ideas!
Valerie: We’d like to find an elevator somewhere with a stop button that doesn’t call security. Or a building with easy access to the roof. There are lots of old buildings around that would be great for pictures but they all seem to be fenced off.
Thanks for your suggestions. There is no such thing as a late response to a question. We can always use ideas now that warm weather is (almost) here.
