It rained off and on through the weekend but California Girl and I still found another good location for some outdoor fun. The mechanics were a bit harder since we were both wearing shorts but we figured things out. We have discovered that there are many suitable locations if we look around. We were slightly concerned about traffic on the road behind us but no one came along. People don’t come very often from the direction we were facing so we assumed we were “safe”. Anyway, our theme is “hooray for summer ” since we’ve had so many outside posts recently. This was a great way to conclude the three-day weekend.

We don’t know where we will go next week; but, hopefully, the weather will cooperate for some more outdoor fun.

With Monday being a holiday and this week being a short week California Girl and Ineglected to plan a Two For Tuesday photo session. So, the only thing we have to post are pictures of California Girl giving me a blow job when we went upstairs after the basketball game. We’ll be sure to be more imaginative next week. In case you are wondering, we took our photographs for HNT over the long weekend, so we will have some interesting photos on Thursday. Once again, we were “out and about”.

The kids aren’t quite finished with school; but summer is finally here! It’s especially welcome for California Girl and me since we haven’t had any off days since New Years Day. California Girl has been feeling especially frazzled lately so we didn’t do anything elaborate this weekend. We just relaxed and recharged. We played some computer games. We went out to dinner a couple of times. And, of course, we had lots of sex. The whole weekend was an endless stream of doubleheaders; so much so that California Girl had to wash the sheets this morning. The Girl usually has soccer tournaments on weekends in the spring, so a weekend around the house is a rare pleasure.

Summers are special for us. This coming one even more so since we know there aren’t very many more left. The Boy will be a senior in the fall. This time next year he will be preparing to go off to college. We all have high hopes for a wonderful, but all too brief, three months. Hopefully, we’ll look back in the fall and say that it was the best ever.

I knew it would happen sometime but The Girl has started raiding her mothers closet. She “didn’t have anything to wear” to go see Pirates of the Caribbean on Friday so she borrowed a pair of shorts from her mom. California Girl wears size 5 and The Girl wears size 3 so they were pretty loose on her. She’s built like a 14-year old girl and California Girl is built like a woman; but I still teased her about her butt getting big. (It’s not or I wouldn’t have said anything.) I wonder how long before she’s bigger than her mother? I know that children are usually taller than their parents. The Boy has been much taller than me for many years. It will be hard to think of her as a little girl when she’s taller than her mom. She borrows “other things” from her mom too. So my mental picture of her as the little girl she used to be was already fading. Time marches on whether we want it too or not.

California Girl and I were in the midst of going at it hot and heavy on a picnic table when we heard voices from up the path. It was easy for her to flip down her skirt but I barely got my shorts pulled up. Since the outline of my still hard dick was clearly visible, California Girl and I decided to explore further down the path. After walking for a bit, we ended up by the river. Presumably, the people who had interrupted us had gone the other way so we decided to finish what we had started. So, our theme for today is “the conclusion”. Click on an image to enlarge.

It was a good thing that we stopped beside a tree so that California Girl would have something to balance against. It turned out that the people who interrupted us had come down the same trail that we did and were only a short distance up the river! We saw them as soon as we started walking back.

California Girl and I got a lot of suggestions last week for our next outdoor photo session. One of the recurring suggestions was sex on a picnic table. The weather cooperated this week so California Girl put on the skirt that we “practiced” in last week and off we went. We found a nice picnic shelter off a path that didn’t seem like it got too much traffic. The pictures show what happened next. Click on an image to enlarge.

It was 19 years ago yesterday that California Girl and I got married. We’ve had our ups and downs over the years but our connection with each other is still as strong as it was when first started dating. We’re “responsible” but we still like to go out and have fun. And some things, like going to a nice restaurant with your SO is a timeless pleasure.

California Girl and I went to dinner at a very nice restaurant on Saturday and reminisced about the past 24 years. It’s hard for us to believe that it was that long ago that we met. In some ways it seems like a lifetime ago; in others it seems like yesterday. We have both grown and changed in many ways; but the things that have characterized our relationship are still the same. It hasn’t always been easy; but we would both do it all over again if we still had the chance.

This blog is about the present so we don’t write much about the past. But, sometimes, it’s good to look back and recollect the wonderful times we have shared together.

When Midwestern City Boy came home from work, he surprised me with flowers and an anniversary card. Our anniversary isn’t until Sunday, but he wrote in the card that he wanted to start the weekend on a good note.

This surprise was especiallywelcome after a long, frazzling week of power interruptions and other assorted frustrating stuff. I know that I don’t tell Midwestern City Boy often enough how much I appreciate his thoughtfulness… so here’s a post to say I LOVE YOU… and happy early anniversary too!

As I was pixillating photographs late Wednesday night for our HNT post I wondered if it was really necessary. We’ve asked this question before; but, since we have a lot of new readers/commenters, I thought that I would ask it again. My question is twofold. First, if you have a blog on which you post NSFW photos, do you pixillate your face or otherwise obscure your identity. And what is your rational for hiding or not hiding your identity. Second, (and anyone can answer this regardless of whether or not you have a blog), do you think that we should show our faces or continue to pixilate them. We know it takes something from the pictures; but it is something that we have always done. We’d like to know your thoughts so please leave us a comment.

With the multiple power outages we have experienced on Tuesday and Thursday of this week and the router problems we had on Wednesday, I have been so busy fixing and reconfiguring things that I haven’t hand much time to comment or visit everyone’s blogs. California Girl and I are still alive and kicking and, despite having more downtime this week than we’ve had combined for the past two and a half years, our blog is still here too.

I apologize for things being so off and on this week. Hopefully we won’t have any more problems for a long time.
