We will not be doing a Two for Tuesday post this week, even a belated one. Somehow, it doesn’t seem quite right.

MCB and CG, knowing you have a son and daughter who will one day go off to college must be so frightening. There are days when we all see kindess and we think what a wonderful world we live in and then some evil being does what this guy did and it makes you just want to hide the ones you love from the world which I know we cannot do.
I have been very sad lately because someone so dear in our lives has stage 4 cancer. We wake up to our little slice of heaven and I will be so happy and I think oh this person we love is so sick. i also get so mad when there are so many people perfectly healthy and they just cannot get along with their husband or wives and they are fighting all the time and these people we love so much have no idea how much time they have together.
I have said it many times before. The reason I love to come to your site and read your blog is because the love the two of you share is so evident and it makes me feel good whenever I see people who truly love each other. My husband and i also have that but we know so many people who are just never happy.
I cannot fathom how the parents of all those kids will cope and go on each day. Your flag is a nice honor.
I believe the best way we can honor the gift of our own lives is truly by living each day to the fullest and appreciating the people we love which I know you both do!
MCB and CG,I like very much your blog nd visited you frequently. I understand your feelings about this episode but this post makes me ask you a question.
What is diferent in the death of these people compared with the thousands and thousands deads all over the world in horrible situations like Sudan, Iraque, etc. Whish you al the best.
Interested Reader: Sadly, we’ve seen this sort of thing all too many times before. There is not a lot that can be done in a free society; but I still wish there were not so many evildoers. Its human nature to focus on our won immediate surroundings and see more problems than her truly are. I hope we as a society remember this day and use it as motivation not to be concerted with our petty problems.
Mota: Senseless killing are always senseless; but for whatever reason, some strike a chord more than others. Our blog is not a political one so we don’t focus as much on current events as some others. Still, we value human life and sometimes, we feel compelled to say something. We will return to our regularly scheduled programming tomorrow.
