Still Celebrating
The weekend has been wonderful. Our batteries are as fully charged as they ever have been coming out of a normal two day weekend. We did a little spring cleaning. We washed the cars, including the new one. The Girl got out on her bicycle with some of the other neighborhood kids. And for the first time in what seemed like forever, California Girl and I were able to go to the park for our normal Sunday run. Plus we were able to wear running shorts! The warm weather may not last; but we are going to enjoy it while we can.
There has been plenty of sex this weekend as well, including an amazing session this morning. In fact, that is where I’m off to momentarily. Before I go, however, I though I would leave you with a picture of California Girl and I celebrating. It’s actually from this past Wednesday; but its still represents the spirit of this weekend.

P.S. I don’t usually back date posts but decided to do so in protest to the early start of Daylight Savings Time. I hate the time change. It still feels like 11:45 to me.

Great photo. Thanks for reminding me what Sundays are really for. We spent ours on a very uncomfortable bus returning from Eva’s.
Congratulations on your great week. It’s nice when the good guys get what they deserve. I struck lucky this weekend too with some great sex with my wife.I have posted about this in my blog.
Congradulation on your “car-washing.” You definately deserve it. Enjoy the warm weather while it lasts.
The photo radiates love. I’m glad you had a great weekend.
Alfie: I’ll fly if the distance is long enough, otherwise I always drive myself. Most public transportation these days is more focused on profit than passenger comfort. Unless it’s a very long trip, it’s usually more exhausting than our own vehicle; especially since we have a new one.
Lapis Ruber: Thanks. This past week or so was especially welcome after the long hard winter. Glad to hear that you had a good morning on Sunday.
Grizzly Bear: I’m not as good at living in the moment as I would like to be but I’m working on it. For us, days like this don’t come around too often; especially in the spring when one or both of the kids are in their sports seasons.
Kitty: It’s one of our favorites. It really captures the moment.
