Back To Work
I am not adjusting well to going back to work after a week off. It usually takes me a few days to get back into the swing of things after vacation but this week has been especially bad. I didn’t even do any blogging yesterday. I faded fast once I got home. I did a few chores around the house and, before I knew it, I was sleeping with the television on. The only good thing was that California Girl and I did our HNT photo shoot before I ran out of energy. We decided to take our photographs on Monday rather than today because of the potential for a scheduling conflict. Even with the vacations, this summer has not been quite as restful as we would like. The girl is busy with her optional mandatory practices for soccer. And the weather has been unseasonably cold so we haven’t been able to enjoy the pool as much as in years past.
My parents are on vacation so we won’t have the house to ourselves for a while. It’s not like we’re always swing from the chandeliers but it is nice to be able to get frisky while doing ordinary tasks. Wouldn’t it be great if we could have sex whenever we felt like it? Waiting for our food at restaurants. Waiting in line at amusement parks. Halftime of sporting events. I’ll be happy when it gets warm enough for some late night frolicking in the swimming pool. I know; just very wishful thinking. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great week. I should have our Two for Tuesday post up soon.
P.S. On a completely unrelated subject, I want to congratulate Italy for winning the World Cup. They showed that they were the best team in the tournament.
