Sad Songs
I’ve seen this challenge at a couple of places on the net most notably at Brico’sso I thought I would do it too. I like sad songs which is strange according to California Girl since I am such a happy person. My version of the challenge only focuses on sad songs. The same rules apply as on other blogs. Whoever guesses correctly gets a compilation CD of some tunes in my library that I think they would like. Out of the following artists, pick the one who I do not have.
- Don McLean
- Earth, Wind & Fire
- Eric Clapton
- Harry Chapin
- Ne-Yo
- Pink
- Quincy Jones
- Smokey Robinson
- The Manhattans
- Whitesnake
I’ll provide a private link for the winner(s) to download their customized MP3 playlist or mail an audio CD if they don’t have a broadband connection.The contest will endWednesday evening so guess away until then.

Well, my first guess was Pink, but D-Man beat me to that one. Whitesnake had a couple of good “powerballad” sad songs, so I bet you’ve got that one..
I’m actually going to go out on a limb and say “Earth, Wind and Fire”, since for some reason I can’t hear any sad songs from them in my head…

mmmm…at first I thought Whitesnake was too obvious after the ’sad song’ preface.

I have everyone in your list but Ne-Yo - so I’m going to guess that????? But to be honest..I’m not even sure who that is ..so this is truly a guess!
