A Turn With The Sun
Today is the one year anniversary of Married In Ohio. 410 posts and almost 2000 comments ago we made our debut on the web with Who Am I And Why Am I Here. This blog was on Blogger in those days. Many blogs have come and gone since our inaugural post. But one thing that has remained constant is the people. We have met a lot of wonderful people online. If you are one of the hundreds of people who have left us a comment, thanks. We appreciate you taking the time. It makes our blogging experience much more enjoyable. Thanks as well to everyone who has visited. I don’t know how many visitors we had the two months that we were on Blogger but we will go over 200,000 visitors to marriedinohio.com sometime before Valentines Day. The past year has been great fun for California Girl and me. We hope that everyone has enjoyed what we have shared. We don’t know that the next year will bring but we plan to keep on posting as we continue the journey that is our life together.

Rosie: I’m starting to realize that, just like stating together for as long as California Girl and I have been together is a feat, having a blog for over a year is an accomplishment too.
Steph: Thank you for our kind words. We are glad that you have enjoyed what we have shared. We plan to keep this blog going for many more years
Mr. Manic Depressive: In many ways, this blog is like our marriage. It takes work, but we both really enjoy it. So, we’re going to keep on doing it for awhile. We look forward to our second year online.
MamaKBear: It’s been a blast. Our blog has evolved over the year of its existence but it’s been great fun the entire time.
Your blog is very compelling so it’s easy to keep coming back. I usually visit a new blog I am reading every day for a while. Sometimes, I’ll stop and other times I’ll keep visiting.
Melanie: You rock! Enjoy your retirement.

Kelly: Thanks. So many blogs have come and gone over the past year, I feel fortunate that we’ve had very few problems and have been able to keep ours going.
Chickie: We’re the lucky ones. Not being on Blogger helps us keep a low profile. And I don’t blog from work or really even discuss work so there’s not much that anyone could take offense to corporately.

I feel like I should be the one thanking you guys! You two already know how much I admire you and all that jazz but I feel like I can’t tell you enough. You guys are so natural in what you do. Your love and honesty, everything about you is very genuine and I’m glad for the privilege of getting to witness it. Mahalo

Kalani: We would still blog without readers but the interaction of blogging is what makes it such a great experience. As anyone with a stat counter knows, most visitors don’t leave comments so we have a special appreciation for those who take the time to. And we’ve gained a lot of insight from people who have left us comments. It sounds sort of cliché but blogging has made our lives richer.
