Broke The Bed
California Girl and I were enjoying ourselves after our regularly scheduled HNT photo shoot when suddenly there was a big thump and the corner of the bed slumped down. We didn’t know how stable the other three corners were so we jumped up to check things out. It turned out that the rivets that held the leg to the rest of the frame had failed and the leg was separated. So, that was the end of our in bed fun. Once I had accessed the damage, and decided that a temporary fix could be made so that we wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor, our thoughts turned to how we could finish what we had started. So, we ended up making a bed on the floor. It was a little hard on my knees and California Girl’s back since we didn’t have a comforter handy without but we still enjoyed it.

You broke the bed!!! That is funny, amazing, and just seems so appropriate for the two of you. I mean who else would end up finally breaking the bed?!?!?

Heh, you’re the man! For some reason, if I was gonna pick a couple who’d break a bed frame, it would be you two!

an old friend of mine and I broke his bed during sex once. We paused only long enough to laugh. The new angle of the bed made for an interesting new feeling. We were able to fix the bed when we finished, but sex on the broken bed was definitely not a bad thing…
it’s so adorable seeing the love between the two of you!
Beds should come with a certificate saying they have been tested for frequent love making.

Rosie: It’s actually kind of funny looking back now that I have everything fixed.
Kalani: This is one of the strangest things that has happened to us. For some strange reason, we usually have more than our fair share.
Chickie: Thanks, I think. California Girl was such a sport. She didn’t let it ruin our evening.
Redheadeditor: Somehow, despite all of the “wear and tear” we put on it I never thought about the metal part breaking. We’ve need a new mattress and box spring for a while but I didn’t expect catastrophic failure of the frame.
Jessica: I never thought of it from that perspective. We’ll try something like that (in a temporary fashion) the next time the kids are out of the house. Speaking of which, how do you explain something like that to the kids? Especially when it’s only 9:00 in the evening? We don’t say anything until the next day so they assumed it happened overnight.
MM: We’ve had this bed for 16 yeas so it has definitely seen better days. Still, it picked a most inopportune time to give up the ghost.
Kelly: We’ve got a new one now. So, in a little while, this will just be a distant memory.

Femi-mommy: That’s quite a way to start a relationship! A good omen for sure. Sex is a BIG ingredient of a good relationship that often gets overlooked.
