Now that the weather has turned wintery, we haven’t been running outdoors much because of the cold and snow. The city built a nice new recreation center just a few years ago, and that is our preferred place to work out when the weather isn’t good enough for running on the bike trail.

Our referral SPAM filter has been catching unusually large amount of bogus hits for ring tones recently. I now that they attack any blogs which list referrals in the side bar but its getting a bit annoying. It seems like the bots could at least check if it’s working which it isn’t. [...]
