Tough Guys Don’t Complain

Midwestern City Boy has been doing a lot of running in the summer heat recently, and soon after we woke up this morning, he mentioned that he had some chafing on his dick and asked me to look at it. There didn’t seem to be anything too bad, just a few tiny spots, so I thought maybe he wanted some attention of another sort for his dick.

We like morning sex during the lazy days of summer, as we’ve mentioned before. I went and got my diaphragm but, after we got down to business, I started wondering if maybe the chafing really was bothering him and he just didn’t want to interrupt the moment by saying so. Long ago, he once had an unfortunate accident with a zipper (which he wrote about previously in this blog) and had sex with his then-girlfriend anyway, even though it was painful, because that’s what tough guys do.

So I asked him if his dick was okay. He said it was fine. Well, of course, he would say that anyway, so really all I could do was take a guess from the observable details. He was thrusting vigorously enough, seemed to be having a good time as usual, and I didn’t see any pained looks. If there was any problem, he was doing a very good job of not letting it show.

Just to try to reassure myself, after we finished, I asked him again if his dick was feeling all right. He said yes. That doesn’t necessarily mean that it was true, but if he had any discomfort from our morning encounter, one thing I can be sure of is that I’m never going to know about it.

My husband has said that he’d have sex through just about any discomfort. I think his phrase was “I never know if you may decide to never do it again.”
