How Big Is Your Little John?
Someone asked this question in a comment to our Plenty To Do Indoors post. This is a question that I get asked a lot (by both men and women) and got me wondering. So I decided to see what the blogospere thinks.

5. Sort of. I’ll explain:
Long dicks are fun for handjobs – more room to work with. However, if they’re so long that they bump my cervix too much while fucking, that’s just painful.
Short dicks are easier to suck – much less tiring for the jaws & it leaves the hands free for other things (like playing with their nipples).
Thick dicks are more “filling” and some women (like me!) really dig being stretched.
Thin dicks can be fun, especially for anal sex, but also for vaginal, depending on the woman’s “Kegel Number” (which I just made up now, but I imagine it to be maybe the size marble that can be held in by vaginal muscles alone, so the smaller the number, the better).
However, I recently posted about the Sunday morning fun that Dangly & I had & he used his thumb to great effect & it’s certainly nowhere near as thick as his cock.
So, I think that it’s not so much about the size of the tool, but how it’s used. I know that sounds clichéd, but it’s true!
I admit to being amused by the fascination men have with cock size.

actually yes, when I was in the military, I broke up with the girl I was seeing and her good friend asked me one night to sleep with her. She said that my ex had told her I was very good in bed and I lasted a long time.. I dunno.. but it was good for the ego.

I really don’t think so. I am average 6″ and a little thicker than normal.. (whatever that is) “her” likes the size as she can take me in her mouth and ass with out much discomfort. Her ex was large and sex hurt her in the past. She does not have that problem now. I think all men get to hung up on the issue. I just try to please “her” the best I can. It seems to have worked so far.

I agree with all the comments above. I just deal with what is presented to me. If it’s big, great, if it’s not, then I adapt. I mean it’s not something that men have control over, or that can really be changed.
In my opinion, technique, foreplay, etc is MUCH more important that the actual “package”

2. With a question like that, you KNEW there had to be a story behind it. Or in this case many. I have been asked this question many times. Sometimes by people who have had their inhibitions loosened by alcohol but sometimes not.
I have been having drinks with the guys (some of whom I’ve never met before) after a game: “So, it is true what they say?” [Me: "What's that?"] “That black men have bigger dicks?”
I have been having drinks with the ladies or a mixed crowd: “So tell us.” [Me: "tell you what?"] “Do black men have bigger dicks?”
It’s not always been racial curiosity either. Recently at work: “I heard about you in the locker room.” [Me: heard what?] So is it bigger than the other guys? Is that why you like to show off?” Said in reference to the fact that I was frequently taking showers after my lunchtime workout in a shower stall that did not have any curtains since they were working on the handicap bench.
And I NEVER ask other guys.

4. This happens to me as well sometimes in conjunction with question #1. Here’s one incident that comes to mind.
I worked with this woman who was “curious” about the equipment. She had a hard time visualizing, so, finally, I told her “about the same size and a can of shaving cream. Not the short fat ones; but the taller, thinner ones like Edge [shaving gel] comes in.” She said “I’ll look the next time I’m at the store.” And we started discussing something else. Apparently, she checked that evening because she came into my office the next day about 8:15 with an “offer” for me. She was at least 10 years younger than me so I was flattered but still politely declined.
I have no idea why women proposition me. I do sometimes find myself in unusual conversations but I still haven’t been able to figure out.
5. Whatever I am is good. California Girl would probably be better at answering this question but here are my thoughts.
Girth is better for regular sex. Women know that you are there. Not as good for anal sex due to the “intimidation” factor.
So far as length goes, California Girl and I seem to be pretty well matched. The end of my dick just touches her cervix. I have to be careful in the positions which allow for deeper penetration but not too careful. California Girl and I used to avoid doing the deeper penetrating positions because of the potential for “bumping” but don’t any more.
I should also point out that California Girl has never said anything about wanting to change the dimensions of my dick. It’s just kind of there to her which I think is the proper attitude. Your dick is your dick, it’s not like you can go lift weights and make it bigger. It is what it is, so why worry about it? It’s much better to focus on a well trained tongue.
Women #1 – I’ve never asked a man their size..however…I’ve had several men offer it up very early in meeting as if it swings things in their favor. Sometimes I honestly womder if men are more obsessed with their “size” than we are?
Women #2: No.
Women #3: This is a hard thing to answer. I mean it’s not as if we don’t notice?
Here is what I find. Normally before I know a man’s size …I already feel a connection fo some type. I’m attracted to him.
Men come in all sizes and shapes. And they all have their advantages.
Length and girl is incredible for sex…always cause me to be “hit” in that very special place wayyyy far up and the orgasms are incredibly intense…
If a man’s equipment is not as thick, I always think one thing..anal.
Not that any size doesn’t work..but sometimes if a man is not as thick..it can be more comfortable..and as a result more fun for longer periods of time! and more often! (wow does this make me terrible???) 
One thing I love is oral. I love to take a man in my mouth and let him feel warmth and wetness all around him. When men are very large, or very wide…i can’t take them all inside my mouth. Not with any consistency..and it honestly frustrates me a little bit..! I love feeling them in my mouth and part way down my throat..but if they’re too long..I just can’t do it!
So..Moral of this story is….hmmm…I think it’s Kelly likes them all sizes…:-)

It seems like the women have #5 all covered. They can find good things to do with dicks of all sizes.
Kelly: I’m sure that I never said anything about dick size to a woman except on request. I don’t know about boasting about the size of your dick to a woman you’ve just stated dating. What if her last boyfriend was built like John Holmes?
